MI A1 Review

Hello friends today I am reviewing MI A1, I bought this phone from Flipkart.com at the price of 14999 Rs, but the price has drop so you can buy at 13999 Rs. only. The phone is good and sturdy, and having double camera on back side gives you a very good portrait effect. So I am starting with specification and after write other feature of this mobile.

This phone comes with Google Android ONE support so fast update will come soon whenever Google release, the phone vendor have to push it on after some adding there support or feature. When I bought this phone, the phone have android 7.0 (Nougat), now I at android 8.0 (Oreo), they promised to give this phone android 9.0 (P). This is the first phone that promised to get android P.

The phone have very good feature like Google powered android one, so you will get like unlimited storage and shared albums, Google music, and Google assistant, to get this you requires a Google account.

The main thing or focused on this phone dual back camera, the camera can take very good picture, and both of camera lenses can create very good bokeh, and will give you blur background and highlight what you want to be. I will try to give you some sample shots which I click from this phone.

The phone is good, picture taken from this phone are great but only portrait mode picture for blurring the background, normal photo are good not great, front camera picture are average, both front and rear camera picture in night are average.

Phone will little bit hit up when charging or playing games, gaming is smooth, and some time I have struggling with taking portrait picture, or it will take time for adjustment before clicking the picture. Although phone does not hang often, but when hang you have to force shut down or fast boot with the help of pressing power button and volume down key together while it restarts. You can take screen shot with power and volume down button together. Have a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It have two microphone 1 is on top beside infrared, and another is down next to headphone jack.

My Verdict

The phone is good and take good picture with rear camera, phone give me about 2 days battery life on moderate use. Screen brightness is good on direct sunlight. But not good for selfie. In market there is lot of option now, but for early update from Google with stock android performance and stable phone with good brand you can buy this.
